Ludwig, its not a project that contains random packages, its merely a bootstrap
copy of Ring0 that I needed because OBS decided to delete my bootstrap packages
for leap 15:

the number of people that had access there is limited and it was enabled for a
limited time because there was no other way to bootstrap armv7 for leap 15.0
anymore (as leap 42.3 is too old, sle15 does not offer armv7 and tumbleweed was
too new).
