Well, yes and no.

The lapack package is still 3.5.0. Which unfortunately implies no CBLAS (also
on Leap, which had it up to Leap 15.2).

On the other hand, the openBLAS (0.3.21) package contains Lapack 3.10.1.
(3.11.0 is in Git).
