I cannot reproduce the issue. STR: * Installed the latest SLE15-SP3 LEAP installer without updates. * Started Gnome in X11 mode. * Tried with 3 different DisplayLink USB adapters, with VGA and DVI connectors. The main graphics card is an AMD driven by the radeon driver. There are no X crashes and no kernel warnings. The xorg-x11-server package is at 1.20.3.5.33.1. If there's better way to reproduce the bug, please let me know.
