- Split tools to separate subpackage tools
- Install properly python3 bindings

The mentioned python script are in a separate subpackage lensfun-tools now
which does require python3-lensfun.
(before that change, the python bindings were not included in any package at
all AFAICS)

Feel free to reopen if the issue persists though.
