TW 20240924 Plasma (since the switch to 6) refuses to store/apply the Window Rules I define. I had set them (old version) to start my browser on virtual desktop 4, another application to start iconified. This had worked fine for years. When I open System Settings->Window Management->Window Rules and select the browser, it instead shows me Virtual Desktop:Apply Initially:All desktops. (which it also doesn't do - it starts (only) on the current desktop) If I change this to 'Desktop 4', then click 'Apply', close the settings, then open again and check, it is back to 'All desktops'
