I had settled for "works as designed" a few years ago, but since you reopened
it yourself:
This is annoying.
It's not really a problem for IBM, since I am documenting all comments from
FATE in the IBM bugzilla, but if other partners of SUSE are working directly on
and only with FATE, they might miss essential information.
