Unfortunately it does not look like 5.19-rc will be built anytime soon for aarch64. I have seen changes in the block layer backported to 5.18.y-stable and thus just updated the machine to 5.18.9 for now. It has survived one round of building the problematic package. However, I'd rather wait for some more rounds of rebuilds before considering this as fixed ;-)
