After installing Leap 15 with KDE, I removed patterns-kde-kde_yast and yast2-branding-openSUSE-Oxygen. After this, I noticed that YaST continued to display Oxygen's icons. I checked the /usr/share/YaST2/theme/current/icons/ symlink, but it is pointing to the right place: /usr/share/icons/hicolor. Finally, I renamed /usr/share/icons/oxygen to /usr/share/icons/oxygen-foo, and now YaST changed its icons to the default ones (hicolor).
