Not really feasible, since I currently don't want to checkout the whole OSC
tree. clamav is a signature based scanner anyway, so it is not expected to find
interesting stuff in source files. Most of the core packages are coming from
SLE and were scanned recently. I've scanned the resulting ISO, which resulted
in nothing of interest.
