Comment # 5 on bug 1130119 from Guillaume GARDET

It is is fixed in Leap 15.1 and Tumbleweed (use UUID). Here are outputs from
the Tumbleweed JeOS image for RPi3:

As Leap 42.3 (and 15.0) images are already out (and frozen), it is a "won't
fix".
