Comment # 1 on bug 1121712 from Tom���� Chv��tal

We removed libmcrypt and all its providers from distribution because of
security concenrs. Technically you get the same security from sending the
things in plaintext and as such it does not make much sense to reintroduce it
back in the distribution.

Also the packages from various devel projects are not really supported on
neither of the distributions, if someone is interested in the package they
should champion it and move it to the proper release they target
(Tumbleweed/Leap/...).
