Comment # 8 on bug 1181316 from Dev Guy

I am seeing the same problem with a fresh install of Tumbleweed!

The yast system applications fail to remember their size and position, even
after I "Configured special window setting" and added size and position and set
them both to "remember".

open yast control center, then click on:

- software management
- software  repository
- printer
- partition

probably others, all always open up taking up the entire screen, on a dual
monitor setup the behavior is even worse.
