My system has been stuck on on Snapshot 20230316 for a few updates, with it attempting to re-apply daily in addition to any subsequent updates. Upon restart the new snapshot isn't viable and reverts to 20230316 snapshot. I managed to isolate the issue to systemd 253.1-3.1 and udev 253.1-3. I managed to move the system forward by locking the systemd package with zypper addlock, apply transactional-update to the remaining packages, restarting in the updated snapshot, then removing the lock on systemd to apply transactional-update again. I would assume that these two packages managed to install in Tumbleweed without issues, but this experience seems to reveal some packages require an order of operations that MicroOS's snapshot design that makes it difficult to cope with.
