Modified SPEC file with all colors.

Hello,

The package mint-y-icon-theme only has a single color (the default green one).
But the upstream package has a lot of other colors.

The RPM SPEC file needs to be modified to also install the extra colors.

I have attached a modified SPEC file that will install all colors.

But I am not sure if these changes are best practices when it comes to
modifying package SPEC files.

This issue exists in both openSUSE Leap 15.2, 15.3 and Tumbleweed (and possibly
others).
