Original behavior aka interpreter v35

Please add this information to the release notes:

In wanting to mimic the contemporary Microsoft Windows font rendering more
closely, freetype 2.6.4 has changed the way it hints font glyphs. To restore
the previous FreeType behavior, set the following environment variable at any
level (system-wide, user-specific, or program-specific) of your choice.

 FREETYPE_PROPERTIES="truetype:interpreter-version=35"
