Comment # 3 on bug 1207349 from uwe Luedecke

Good evening,
I want to report again how my Acer laptop V17 nitro behaves with OpenSUSE 15.5
beta.
When I search YouTube or other things with Google Chrome, I can assume that the
laptop will no longer respond after about half an hour. This also happens with
OpenOffice Base. Which is particularly embarrassing, since all the data entered
is then gone because I didn't come to save it.
What is new is that the laptop is black but e.g. b. the VLC player keeps
running. Apart from the open programs, nothing can be seen, not even a mouse.
In the system monitor I see that 12 x /usr/lib/mozilla/mozillahelper is open,
why?
