Comment # 1 on bug 1209842 from Stefan Hundhammer

This is not ALP specific. The YaST team took over some aspects of Cockpit for
the ALP platform like containerization etc.; but we are not going to patch doc
links etc. for that package.

Moving this to TW where the package has the same docs and links to external
documentation, and maintainers who already are patching the package on that
level.
