If this worked before some updates, you need to figure out which update brought
the breakage.  Most likely either kernel package itself or kernel-firmware.

I don't think kernel-firmware gets updated for such an old Intel WiFi chip
(Intel discontinued firmware updates years ago), so possibly the kernel.  But
who knows.
