Comment # 1 on bug 1194822 from additional pumpkin

I have the same bug. 

It seems that the file in /etc/xdg/kcm-about-distrorc contains
[General]
LogoPath=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/distributor-logo.svg
Website=https://www.opensuse.org

and the LogoPath is not a file in that directory, instead there are two
possible files that were probably intended instead: 'distributor.svg' and
'openSUSE-distributor-logo.svg' 
By changing the path to one of them the bug can be fixed but I'm not sure which
one or if instead there really should be a distributor-logo.svg file.
