Some HPC libraries have not been updated for gcc11. The gnu10 module has also been removed making these libraries unusable. For example, the netCDF libraries: libnetcdf-cxx4_4_3_1-gnu-hpc-devel netcdf-fortran_4_5_3-gnu-hpc-devel both install modulefiles under /usr/lib/hpc/gnu10
