The bug exists still in the freshly released openSUSE Leap 15.4.

Console message:
darktable: error while loading shared libraries: libdarktable.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
 even though libdarktable.so is present in
/usr/lib64/darktable/libdarktable.so.
