ISO : openSUSE-Leap-15.6-KDE-Live-x86_64-Build13.280-Media and
openSUSE-Leap-15.6-KDE-Live-x86_64-Build13.291-Media.iso

Right after first boot I open a konsol then use command "sudo mount -t smb3
//192.168.xxx.xxx/Setup /mnt/ -o username=xxxxx"  where xxx are supplied as
appropriate. Then I write second command to I change the "/mnt" directory as
"cd /mnt/", Computer freeze with "kernel:[   696.446006][     C0] watchdog:BUG:
soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 26s! [bash 3055]" then repeats same messages for
"52s!", "82s!" "105s" and so on. Only the way out of this hard reset.

1. Write ISO to USB wit (dd if=.....)
2. Boot with USB,
3. Open konsol
4. İn command prompt : "sudo mount -t smb3 //192.168.xxx.xxx/Setup /mnt/ -o
username=xxxxx"
5. "cd /mnt/"

result : kernel message as "kernel:[ 696.446006][ C0] watchdog:BUG: soft
lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 26s! [bash 3055]"

I run that test on AMD or Intel processors with no luck, all the same
