I have a tendency to accept hard requires that have been around for a long
time, I need to work on removing them.
Busy testing myself and will remove the ffmpeg requires altogether. Audacity
has a preference function to locate the correct libavformat. Will see what
happens if ffmpeg(ffmpeg-3 named ffmpeg in the case of Leap) isn't present.
I've always taken it for granted that the ffmpeg binary is required.
