wine-mp3 exists/existed in third party repositories.
Now it seems to be integrated to wine, which causes file conflict.
File /usr/lib/wine/winemp3.acm.so
from install of
wine-32bit-2.6-1.6.x86_64 (openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss)
conflicts with file from package
wine-mp3-1.1.39-13.55.i586 (@System)
"obsoletes" or "conflicts" needs to be added to baselibs.conf.
