This was backported to 15.0 already, but not 42.3. I did that now, please try libKF5Solid5 from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Vogtinator:/branches:/openSUSE:/Leap:/42.3:/Update/openSUSE_Leap_42.3_Update/ and report back.
