Thanks for hints.

2 days ago I updated kernel-default to 5.14.21-150500.55.83.1 (latest version),
but problem is the same as with 5.14.21-150500.55.80.2.

With latest kernels only wake after suspend to disk is broken; 
suspend to RAM (and wake up) still works.
