The upcoming version of LLVM has an exception that rpmlint doesn't recognize: llvm9.x86_64: W: invalid-license-exception LLVM-exception The ' WITH <x> ' license exception of the License tag was not recognized. Known values are: "389-exception", "Autoconf-exception-2.0", [...] The exception is https://spdx.org/licenses/preview/LLVM-exception.html. See also https://llvm.org/foundation/relicensing/.
