Err, no, it's not fixed yet at all.  The kernel I provided only for a test
patch, and maybe it's not correct.

Oliver, could you move this issue to the USB upstream?  It's a recent upstream
regression, after all.  (see comment 62 and comment 69, the USB core change
caused it.)
