Hello, 

As the author of the code itself said, he doesn't have time for this project
now (obviously to rewrite it in "polkit")

I made some changes as a patch as you may see everything here.

I hope after such changes everything is acceptable.

But I have one more question please, maybe using the "video" group would be a
better idea then separated "supergfxctl"?
