Hmmm ... the file

   /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.login1.conf

is marked as

   %config(noreplace)

due to the fact that we want to avoid that every update will override the users
added configurations in this file.  That is after an update the new file should
be installed as

   /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.login1.conf.rpmnew

compare with

   less +/noreplace /usr/share/doc/packages/rpm/manual/spec

...nevertheless I'd like to know *how* and/or *which* package had changed the
line

   <allow own="org.freedesktop.login1"/>

to

   <allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/>
