Downloaded and installed this onto an Acer with Intel CPU. openSUSE-Leap-15.5-DVD-x86_64-Build491.1 With no apps running and top showing little activity the CPU Mhz are very near their max. In other distros on the same laptop Powersave governor usually idles around 800mhz or so. OpenSuse at idle seeing over 2000mhz. This laptop often used unplugged so 'powersave' is essential.
