Please try the kdepim-runtime package from here which includes the upstream
fixes:

It's version 17.04.1, but I think it should work (and be installable) with
17.04.0 too.
If not you'd need to wait until 17.04.1 is in the 42.3 repo, which should
happen very soon I suppose (it has been accepted to Factory/Tumbleweed 4 hours
ago)...
