Comment # 22 on bug 1214135 from Frank Krüger

Given TW20231222 with yast2-packager-5.0.1-1.1.x86_64, adding a new repo with
its URL saves it as service not repo. Using "zypper ar" works just fine. If
this issue is not related to the above-mentioned one I can open a new bug
report.
