Dragging windows touchscreen in Gnome shell seem to have a delay before the
window catches up to the finger. This issue seems to be present on KDE desktop
mode in Steam OS 3. Should I report it to libinput maintainer so he can adjust
acceleration curves? Do you need any other information?
