Ok. So we had some temporary user space regression in Mesa's nouveau driver it seems (no idea why this driver is needed at all; we have Intel here and nvidia is just nice to have for faster rendering) and probably a kernel regression for suspend, which affectes at least HDMI connections. :-( Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately I can't provide a solution here. :-( Since you don't intend to use the nvidia capacities and outputs apparently are only connected to Intel GPU, it might be an option to disable NVIDIA GPU by BIOS settings - if possible. That would make things much easier and I could imaging things then just working out-of-the-box.
