Since the OpenSSL-3 is now the default in Tumbleweed, Dovecot no longer builds
as one of the tests is failing. This is a well known problem since 2021 which
is also known upstream [1], but remains unfixed to this day.

Most other distributions use a patch initially developed by RedHat [2][3][4],
which seems to fix the test case.

As there doesn't seem to be any action from upstream, this leaves us the
following two options in Tumbleweed:

1) Do as others do an apply the patch
(https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1063287)

2) Revert to OpenSSL-1.1 and wait for an upstream fix (maybe 2.4, release date
unknown)
