Since the OpenSSL-3 is now the default in Tumbleweed, Dovecot no longer builds as one of the tests is failing. This is a well known problem since 2021 which is also known upstream [1], but remains unfixed to this day. Most other distributions use a patch initially developed by RedHat [2][3][4], which seems to fix the test case. As there doesn't seem to be any action from upstream, this leaves us the following two options in Tumbleweed: 1) Do as others do an apply the patch (https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1063287) 2) Revert to OpenSSL-1.1 and wait for an upstream fix (maybe 2.4, release date unknown) [1] https://dovecot.org/pipermail/dovecot/2022-June/124877.html [2] https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1962035 [3] https://sources.debian.org/src/dovecot/1%3A2.3.19.1%2Bdfsg1-2.1/debian/patches/Support-openssl-3.0.patch/ [4] https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dovecot/+bug/1945763
