13.12.1.3 File Systems https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/startup/html/book.opensuse.startup/cha.new.bash.html#sec.commands.filesystems VERY MINOR but in the description for the -t option, it reads "Specify the file system, commonly ext2 for Linux hard disk". I think it could be argued that ext4 would be the new standard for the most common file system for Linux hard disks. I'm sure one could argue XFS as well but either way, I think ext2 is not seen very often anymore.
