I think I have the same problem.

I found this kind of errors: AccountsService: ActUserManager: user (null) has
no username (object path: /org/freedesktop/Accounts/User1000, uid: 0)
after I attempted to restart the display-manager with:
sudo systemctl restart display-manager.service

and googling about it I found this post that seems to be the explanation of
this bug:

I wonder if you think it really is, and how to solve it because in that thread
I don't see any solution.
