Apparently you have the NVIDIA 390.138 driver installed although you only have an Intel GPU installed. Please uninstall it - check for any *G04* packages on your system and uninstall them. In case you don't have such packages installed, i.e you installed it manually, please run nvidia-installer --uninstall Then reboot and try again.
