Unfortunately many hardware vendors never correct BIOS but ships with some
extra setup.  I guess your problem is the same as discussed in the upstream
bugzilla:

Meanwhile, I updated the test kernel with one more test patch.  It's being
rebuilt in the same OBS repo.  The new kernel will be based on 6.0 (no longer
rc7).  Could you give it a try later once after the build finishes?
