Comment # 2 on bug 927743 from Walther Pelser

Since months installed Plymouth-bootscreen is displayed only randomly ca. one
of 50 times. There are three groups of two strange characters instead, not even
the three blocks, which should be the fallback.
During resume from hibernate same thing occurs.
During shut-down botscreen is fading out as it should.
There is no comment in messages or journalctl to help me.
Complete new installation some weeks ago didn���t help either.
For me it is a timing-problem, there is not time enough to setup the bootscreen
properly during the bootprocess. Systemd has to wait?
