I am experiencing something similar. I experienced it also on 15.0. I upgraded to 15.1 to try to solve it. Suspend often fails but not always. These errors are in the journal: Freezing remaining freezable tasks ... (elapsed 0.001 seconds) done. When I press power and login I have no networking with Wicked, so had to switch to network manager, which recovers networking automatically.
