I am experiencing something similar. I experienced it also on 15.0. I upgraded
to 15.1 to try to solve it. Suspend often fails but not always. These errors
are in the journal:

Freezing remaining freezable tasks ... (elapsed 0.001 seconds) done.
PM: Suspending system (mem)
Suspending console(s) (use no_console_suspend to debug)
sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Synchronizing SCSI cache

The screen is blank but the power hasn't gone off. When I press power and login
I have no networking with Wicked, so had to switch to network manager, which
recovers networking automatically.

Is this connected?
