libmad-0.15.1b-2.1 is installed, yet zypper will not install kdemultimedia3-mad without breaking it because "mad" is not installed. zypper se mad shows no results for any package named "mad". Mad is necessary to pacify K3B about creating audio CDs from MP3 files, unable to "load or find the Mp3 decoder plugin".
