Comment # 2 on bug 838000 from Tom���� Chv��tal

I dunno what is going on here. But overall we can state that it kinda works
nowdays. If it is still causing some trouble anywhere just reopen it. Also
apper just reads what libzypp sends it so most probably the bug would be in
libzypp.
