The maintenance update includes a version change from 1.4.5 to 1.4.9 and the
new package provides libmatroska.so.6(V_1.4.7)(64bit) instead.

What was the rationale for this version change? I can't see any explanation in
the rpm changelog. There is not even a bug number mentioned. Apparently the
Factory version of the package was simply pushed to Leap 42.3. Why?
