GIMP with a tooltip shown.
The tooltips are almost unreadable in GTK2 applications in openSUSE 42.1 Leap.
The reason is that both the background color and the font color are in bright
colors. The screenshot attached shows this in GIMP, but it should also be
visible in other GTK2 applications. This bug is confirmed by others as well
through IRC.
