Sorry, should have gone to the attachment post: OK, I'm just running an update (zypper dup -l --no-allow-vendor-change) that again hangs in the conflicts stage. I'm attaching the requested info files. But I doubt it's purge-kernels. I do have (before the update) two sets of kernel/source/devel installed, as requested by the zypp.conf setting...
