I would edit https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:How_to_contribute_to_Factory to add this information, but even after successfully using the "Log in" link in that wiki (which logs me at microfocus.com), I'm still not logged in according to the wiki... something seems quite broken with that wiki, don't wonder if nobody external edits it...
