Comment # 11 on bug 1102076 from Tim Hardeck

Hi, I have already created a submit request for this issue
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/682736 and it should be fixed with the
next Tumbleweed snapshot.

I do not know why the rubygem-rack-protection get's updated without updating
sinatra and why Tumbleweed ships snapshots when there are obvious package
conflicts.
