Comment # 6 on bug 914166 from Marius Tomaschewski

The fips patch fix is applied. Further, I've fixed also to use AES instead
of BLOWFISH crypto when fips=1 is enabled [blowfish not allowed under fips]
and adjusted to fill out the plugin dir variables in the man page + minor
spec file cleanup.

Test RPM packages are in:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mtomaschewski:/branches:/openSUSE:/13.2:/Update/standard/

and of course also in network:vpn/openvpn (factory devel package) project.
